Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of this website and the booking of activities with MaresiasTur Receptivo & Ecoturismo LTDA (CNPJ, Brazilian company registration no. 35.417.415/0001-40). By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy.

1. Bookings

  • The information for each activity (itinerary, duration, meeting point, what is and isn't included) is on the tour's page.
  • You agree to provide truthful contact and participant information.
  • The availability shown on the site is confirmed when the order is placed. Our team will contact you to confirm details and payment.
  • Private tours are booked directly with our team via WhatsApp.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$): per person for shared tours and per boat for private tours.
  • Shared and ecotourism tours require 100% payment in advance; private tours require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid at boarding.
  • Discounts and coupons follow the rules stated in each campaign.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and weather

Cancellations, refunds, the right of withdrawal, date changes and cancellations due to weather or safety conditions follow the Cancellation Policy.

Shared tours may require a minimum number of participants, as stated on the tour's page. If the minimum is not reached, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.

4. Safety and conduct

  • Follow the instructions of the guides, trail leaders and boat captains throughout the activity.
  • Respect each activity's restrictions, such as the minimum age and health conditions stated on the tour's page, and let the team know about any condition that may affect your safety.
  • The team may prevent anyone who puts their own safety or that of others at risk from taking part.
  • Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 don't operate in São Sebastião; plan your transportation.

5. Virtual Concierge

The site's Concierge is an automated assistant that helps you choose tours and can add items to your cart at your request. The official information is what appears on each tour's page, and a purchase is only completed by you, in the cart.

6. Site content

Texts, photos, trademarks and other content on this site belong to MaresiasTur or its partners and may not be reproduced without authorization.

7. Contact and jurisdiction

The courts of the judicial district (comarca) of São Sebastião/SP, Brazil, are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their place of residence, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – CDC).
